FAQ

Asked before, answered honestly

Grouped by service area. If your question isn't here, an advisor will answer it directly — that's rather the point of us.

Travel

Do you charge for a quote?

No. Quotes and consultations are free — you pay when you decide to book.

Can you rebook me if my plans change?

Yes. We book fares with your flexibility needs in mind and handle date changes and rebooking when plans move — fare rules and any airline charges are explained before you ever commit.

Do you handle group and corporate travel?

Yes — delegations, teams, and family groups are core work. One coordinator holds the whole itinerary together.

Visas & Documents

Can you guarantee my visa will be approved?

No — and no honest agency can. Visa decisions rest solely with the embassy or high commission. What we control is the quality of your file: complete, consistent, and submitted against the right category, which is where most avoidable refusals happen.

How early should I start my application?

As early as you can. Processing times vary by embassy and season; during your consultation we map the realistic timeline for your specific route and travel date, so you plan around facts.

What documents will I need?

It depends on the visa category and destination. After your consultation you receive a written checklist for your exact situation, and we review every document before anything is submitted.

Do you handle renewals and replacements?

Yes — passport renewals, replacements for lost or damaged passports, and repeat visa applications are all core work for us.

Study & Work Abroad

Which destination is right for me?

It depends on your grades, budget, and what you want after the degree. The four routes differ honestly — Canada for post-study pathways, the UK for speed, the US for funding breadth, Europe for cost. The full comparison lives on our Study Abroad page, and an assessment is free.

Do I need an English test before applying?

For most routes, yes — and the test date is usually the tightest constraint in the timeline. We schedule it around your target intake so it never becomes the bottleneck.

Can you help with scholarships?

We run a funding search as part of every study application — scholarships and aid you actually qualify for, not a generic list.

On the Ground

How do I find my driver at the airport?

Your driver meets you in the arrivals hall with your name displayed, and you receive their name and contact before you fly. If your flight is delayed, the pickup moves with it.

Are your guides licensed?

Yes — we work with licensed, English-speaking guides, matched to the pace and interests of your specific trip.

Can transfers be booked for someone else?

Yes — many bookings are made for arriving family or colleagues. We just need the traveller's flight details and a contact number.
